Cancellation Policy

Our policy mandates a cancellation protocol for all our services and allows for charging a fee in cases of no-shows or late cancellations. Please note that arriving late for your scheduled appointment may be deemed a no-show, and whether a fee is levied is at the discretion of the business.

The cancellation fee is applicable only if you violate the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Should you arrive punctually for your appointment or cancel before the specified deadline on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee will be incurred. Since the fee is waived for successful appointments, full payment for the service is expected upon its completion.

If you need to cancel, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $15 deducted from deposit.
